1. How do I get started with LCT?

Download the LCT mobile app and register using the phone number submitted to your medical team/HR.
Visit any provider in your panel to register biometrics. A one-time pin will be sent to the principal's phone number to confirm your credentials before you proceed to capture biometrics.
You can now receive treatment at any of your approved facilities by physically presenting yourself at any of these facilities.

2. Can the system integrate with existing medical scheme administration platforms?

The system supports all kinds of integrations. A formal request is all that is required to initiate the process.

3. Is training provided for administrators to effectively use the Member Management tools?

Training is provided to administrators and service providers at request. Both virtual and in-person trainings are offered.

Who we are

We are a biometric end to end technology that deals with the verification, identification and billing of members in a medical scheme. We provide an eclaims module that enables users, at the service provider level, to attach all relevant documents related to a particular claim.

The purpose is to enable the payer (inhouse/insurance) to be able to vet a claim and release its status(either approved or declined). The LCT Platform also provides a user with a report module for all relevant reports generation.
